Classy Cactus will gladly accept returns or exchanges of any unworn clothing item that is not customized. Special orders and preorder items are not eligible for returns or exchange (please make sure you have selected the correct sizing when ordering) Item must have not been worn, have visible stains or defect, items must not smell of smoke or have animal hair on them. All tags must be intact and on the clothing. Please inspect all items upon delivery to make sure items are not damaged. We offer store credit for your returns or exchanges within 12 days of delivery date. Post mark date must be within this time frame or your return will not be accepted. After that period, no orders will be eligible for return or exchange.
Shoes must have not been worn, must show no physical wear or damage and must be in the original box with all packaging to be eligible for exchange. If returning shoes please make sure to wrap shoe box where it does not get damaged, shoes with a damaged box or without a box and all packaging WILL NOT be accepted for an exchange

Classy Cactus is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail, we will send your tracking number . The United Postal Service will be solely responsible once the items have been shipped. We cannot be held responsible for items marked "delivered" by the post office. You will need to contact your local post office for information regarding your package. USPS Customer Service: 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777) It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure he/she enters the shipping address correctly. Classy Cactus is not responsible and will not refund any items that are shipped to an incorrect address at the fault of the buyer. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged or replacement product to reach you, may vary. Please consider using trackable shipping. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
